UT Extension is partnering with University of Georgia and Produce Food Safety Services for a FREE Fall for Food Safety 4-part Webinar Series starting November 10 and continuing every Tuesday until December 1 from 12-2 PM EDT. Grab your lunch and computer to join us to discuss Good Agricultural Practices (GAPs). What are they, why you need them, and most importantly, how to implement them in your operation.

We’ll discuss:
Practices in the field (Nov. 10)
Practices in the packinghouse (Nov. 17)
Challenges unique to small farms (Nov. 24)
Common audit deficiency areas and how to fix them in your operation (Dec. 1).
