WEBINAR: TN Hemp Market Outlook – May 6th

Hope your spring is off to a good start! Mark your calendar for the 2021 TN Hemp Market Outlook Webinar on May 6.

Thanks to the speakers, we are able to offer a free webinar on Industrial Hemp market outlook this year. This webinar will feature the following topics: USDA/TDA regulations update, production tips, and market outlook. Tennessee Industrial Hemp growers, processors, and all other hemp enthusiasts are invited to participate in the free webinar.

Our keynote speaker will be Seth Boone, VP of Business Development of PanXchange. Seth is tasked with ensuring PanXchange’s platform and analysis meet a rapidly evolving hemp industry’s needs and develop new opportunities in emerging agricultural markets. Raised on a ranch in West Texas, he offers a background beginning in production agriculture before continuing his career merchandising feed grains and other agricultural commodities for StoneX (INTL FCStone) and JBS. Seth holds a Masters in Agricultural Economics from Purdue University and is passionate about our emerging commodity markets’ growth and future. You don’t want to miss his presentation!

Our other exciting speakers will include Dr. Eric Walker with Genamera and Denise Woods with the Tennessee Department of Agriculture.

The webinar will be held on May 6 2021 from 9 am-noon Central. The sessions will be recorded and will be available on the UTIA Agricultural and Resource Economics MANAGE Program’s website http://manage.tennessee.edu/.
