WORKSHOP: Food for Profit – Jan 21 in Lebanon, TN

Food for Profit takes you step by step through the information necessary to start and run a small food product business.

UT Extension’s Megan Bruch Leffew and Nathan Miller will lead sessions on planning your business, regulations, marketing, safe food handling, packaging, financing and more. A Tennessee food manufacturer will also share some of the realities of a food business.
