Local Table Resources for 2020
As we head into the holidays, it’s the perfect time to count our blessings and say thanks to everyone who continues to support Local Table’s mission of connecting the consumer to our local food community. The upcoming year will be our 14th year in business and we’ve decided to shake it up a bit.
We are going to print some special issues focusing on some of our favorite topics! These issues will be laser focused on key audiences and hopefully one or more will be suitable for your 2020 marketing efforts.
First up will be The Farmer’s Resource Guide in February. A resource guide for both the beginning and experienced farmer, it will include contacts for both business and education and for the farmer doing business in Middle Tennessee. This will be distributed at the 2020 PickTN Conference in Franklin.
In April we will be publishing Local Table’s Guide to Sustainability Issues. A deep dive into what sustainability issues Middle Tennessee is dealing with at the moment and how the consumer can join in to help create a better world. The main distribution point for this will be Nashville’s annual Earth Day Celebration.
May will feature our Annual Resource Guide for Food and Farms in Middle Tennessee. As always, it will focus on the producers and growers in our local food community. The Guide is distributed throughout Middle Tennessee at over 300 pick up locations, including coffee shops, book stores, feed and seed stores, extension offices, farmers markets and others.
Our final publication for 2020, Consumer Guide to Hemp and Hemp Products will be published in August – just in time for the annual HempFest Conference and gathering. We’ll take a look at the history and the future of the hemp industry in Tennessee, as well as what consumers should be looking for when purchasing hemp and CBD products.
Warm regards to you and your family for your Thanksgiving gathering,
