“We are excited to have Bob Due, grower and owner of Terraced Gardens Farm, leading our next CSA workshop on Choosing Equipment for a Small, Diversified Farm on Monday, May 11 from 1-3 PM (EST). Bob has been interested in tractors and tillers since the late 1940’s and has operated quite a few! He has an enthusiasm for tools and is thrilled to share this information during this upcoming workshop.
On his website, he sums up his philosophy:
“High quality tools are used in all trades by the elite of each trade. Farming is no exception to this rule. We need tools that are durable, dependable and efficient. These tools need to “fit” one’s system of operation. In my system, I use several good hand tools and a few great power tools.”

June 15, Marketing Your CSA and Keeping Your Customers Happy, led by Megan Bruch, Center for Profitable Agriculture, and Ron and Chris Arnold, Herb and Plow Farm, Grimsley, TN (2-4 PM EST, 1-3 PM CST)
This workshop will help participants develop a marketing plan and provide tips for marketing their CSA.
